PVC furniture film is becoming increasingly popular as it improves the durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of furniture. For doors/furniture that require moisture, heat, and environmental design, PVC film is the ideal choice. It is waterproof, flame retardant, multi-colored and eco-friendly.

The main methods of application on furniture include:

1) Cold/hot lamination

The main difference between the two is whether to heat the PVC film and use glue or not. Of course, you have to use different cold presses and hot presses.

2) Vacuum membrane press

When it is necessary to apply PVC film to objects with difficult surfaces, we usually choose vacuum presses for coating.

Our lamination process is to print the color first, then laminate it to the custom thickness. According to different situations, the lamination thickness has 2-4 layers.

According to different purposes, the specifications are as follows:

Vacuum pressing: standard thickness 30mm/0.35mm*standard width 1400mm.

Lamination: standard thickness 12mm/0.14mm/0.18mm/0.30mm*standard width 1260mm

The design has:

1) Wood grain series

2) High gloss series

3) Solid color series

4) Soft-touch and wear-resistant series

5) Fabric series

6) Metal series
